Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the item in its original factory packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
